We offer returns and refunds in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

If you purchase goods from us online, you will normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Certain exceptions apply, including goods made or altered to your specification.

Returned goods should be kept in good condition. Unless the goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied or otherwise not as described, you may be responsible for the cost of returning them.

If an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to the remedies provided by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This includes a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods in qualifying circumstances.
